Jeff Fitzgerald's The fantastic Gatsby, does not reach his ultimate dream of love to get Daisy because he chooses to go after it simply by engaging in a life-style of high class. Gatsby knows that life of the upper-class demands wealth to become top priority; wealth turns into his superficial goal overshadowing his quest for love.
